Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 1905483 When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs. re: the ESP flag. I'll point you to https://askubuntu.com/questions/1273421/lubuntu-installer-giving-error- after-partition-creation-your-system-may-or-may/1276789 which maybe helpful . The ESP flag is also mentioned in the installation section of the Lubuntu manaul https://manual.lubuntu.me/stable/1/1.3/installation.html?highlight=esp%20flag I'm also marking this incomplete, as without the calamares session.log file from the install, exploration of the issue cannot be accomplished. The session.log file can be found in ~/.cache/calamares/session.log whilst *live* session is being run (if I remember correctly) but will automatically be submitted if `ubuntu-bug calamares` is used in submitting the bug. Using `apport-bug` would also have provided package versions & media info which is missing, this will be provided by `apport-collect` if run on your box (some details are kept in /var/log/installer post-install). When you've provided this information, please change the status back to "New". Likewise if I've made an error or other, it can be changed back to "New" with comment explaining why. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Lubuntu better. ** Changed in: calamares (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1905483 Title: Lubuntu installer cannot deal with a virgin disc.
