Booting ISO Files using GRUB 2 I believe another concern of this Bug is the booting of Groovy ISO files directly using GRUB 2.
Programs that use this method include Ventoy. YUMI and MultiBootUSB. I mostly use a BIOS-UEFI Template image developed by sudodus, see: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1269462/bios-uefi-template-image-for- booting-iso-files BIOS mode booting of ISO files now appears to work okay with the latest Groovy Daily ISO. The only way I have been able to get UEFI mode booting to work is by using "nomodeset" which results in a distorted desktop.
