Multipath FCoE boot from SAN installation of Ubuntu 20.04 does not
complete and fails with installer error.


Setup Details:

Adapter Under Test: AH-Dunkirk ((Marvell FastLinQ 41000 Series Adapter)
Server Under Test: DELL poweredge R740 Server
MFW: 8.55.0.0
qedf: 8.42.3.0 (INBOX Driver)
Target Array: Dell Compellent, Netapp


Steps to Reproduce:
------------------------
1. Configure AH-Dunkirk adapter(Marvell FastLinQ 41000 Series Adapter) for 
multipath FCoE BFS on DELL poweredge R740 SERVER.
2. Install the OS on multipath lun.
3.During installation for initramfs configuration installer error is seen.

More information:
FCoE BFS works fine with single path, we are seeing issue only with Multipath 
config(DM multipath).
This issue is seen with both Compellant and Netapp array.
