Koen, Thanks, I was using Crux desktop theme, but I completed that issue: I uninstall OpenOffice from synaptic, then $rm -R /home/user/.openoffice.org2 , and reinstall synaptic with Human theme, and worked (I was not sure if was the change of theme, but I tried with Human before uninstall and nothing happend, I think it was the package openoffice.org-gtk).
Now I have everything working, by the way, when I uninstall the shortcuts from Writer and Impress at Applications -> Office didn't removed, I deleted manually, and when I reinstall OpenOffice didnt' create the shortcuts for Writer an Impress, i had to do it by myself.
