1. `sudo lshw -C network` (ie. list hardware of class=network) 2. `lsusb` (ie. list usb devices) These will provide details as seen by your computer (really the linux kernel) including chipset details with luck. re: debug-helper.py: My own 19.10 system doesn't have it either, so for now ignore it (sorry; I'll provide more if/when I can).
