I'm confused about the logs, do I have to enter the commands before the issue occurs? I may not get it for even days. I also don't have debug helper.py. Tell me if I can get logs that run regardless. Thanks.
** Description changed: Ubuntu says I'm still connected. "nmcli device" says I'm connected. I have to turn off and on again my internet connection(menu in the top right -> name of connection menu -> Turn Off) to fix the issue. + I'm using Wifi.
