Sorry, but Ubuntu as other Linux distributions is compilation of different developments. For example, if Ubuntu Desktop freezes, will I write to GNOME Project? My laptop really can't install system to UEFI because /dev/sda/grub-install ends with error. Only legacy installation complete successful. Should I write to GRUB or Linux kernel developers? For example, if I have error with Ubuntu OS, may be I should write to Debian developers (because Ubuntu is Debian-based system)? If you buy a salad in restaurant and it tastes bad, will you complain for people that grown vegetables or for restaurant that prepared this salad from vegetables?
