OK, I think I get it, you are talking about LXQT 0.14.1???  As mentioned
I am running Lubuntu 19.04, more or less I'm an end user . . .
specializing in using the GUI as provided by the distro . . . .

But in linux to me it's all "experimental" and if running the regular
apt update/upgrade doesn't include installing the latest version of LXQT
I am happy to play with it . . . .  Would this show up in synaptic
package manager or would this be a console install???

I'm away from that computer for the day . . . might not get to this
until tomorrow-ish . . . is this a simple command effort like "sudo apt
install lxqt"???  Or something where I'd have to indicate the version .
. . "sudo apt install lxqt.0.14.1" ???  Any of those ideas???
