You are right, ffmpeg pointed to an old local installation, not the Ubuntu one.
I still wonder how I was able to work with ffmpeg under ubuntu 18.04 without
problem of dependencies...
I would like to apologize for making you waste time. I thank you for your
answer, your commitment and your readiness.
It was my first bug report, and a first experience with launchpad !!! I will
learn...
