Are you sure this problem is in KDE itself? Up to now I have just heard of Kubuntu users with this problem. The problem is reported in KDE also, at least for Norwegian: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150729 And, concerning the tag "fix-released", is this a bug fix from KDE or from the Kubuntu team? I would like to know what to do with the KDE bug.
