I just gave this a shot and ran a snoop on my router port for my
machine, and the speeds looked correct. I am trying to figure this out,
and I have the klibido.cpp file torn apart looking at it, and the code
looks the same as other apps that monitor up/down speed. I would
recommend not using Conky or SuperKaramba for true network speeds if
possible. There are times when I have noticed it to be way off. I would
love to get to the bottom of this and figure it out. Tonio, if you want
to give klibido.cpp a once over and see if anything sticks out, please
do. Right now I am going to probably request a sync from Debian for the
time being on Hardy as they have implemented our patches.
