I can confirm this bug here on Kubuntu 7.10 I've installed it from a Gutsy CD as the dist-upgrade from Kubuntu Feisty didn't work.
But I have to say that I downloaded the CD before the 18th of October. I couldn't wait ;) Maybe I'll try it with a newly downloaded CD some time soon.
