Binary package hint: network-manager
T61 with 4965AGN
- Wifi connection to unprotected network established
- VPN established using PPTP
- everything works fine
- I turn off Wifi using hardware switch
- VPN connection disappears after 4-5 seconds
- network-manager displays 0 network reachability but displays being connected
to "unknown"
- I plug in the wired network
- it is not possible to enable wired network, nothing happens
--> restart required (even disabling wifi and/or networking in software or
reenabling the hardware switch didn't work out)
