The bug whch I described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/151697 is still there 3 days before 7.10 is to be released. It makes Gutsy's default email/calendar/contact suite USELESS for users of Polish locale settings. And it will prevent me from upgrading to 7.10 on my production machine as it's crucial for my work. :(
