Public bug reported: I apologize beforehand, as I am quite ignorant in SSSD matters.
When using FreeIPA package in 16.04 and trying to use SSH client certificates (set up through FreeIPA, not in its .ssh folder), they are not accepted. This problem seems to be consistent (I tried in more than one machine, same behaviour). My specific problem (after a bit of backtracking) seems to be identical to the one described and solved here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/freeipa-users/2016-October/msg00033.html According to that, the fix required is related to: https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/ticket/2977 Which includes a patch. ** Affects: sssd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1643245 Title: Fix related to skip invalid certificates To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/1643245/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
