There seems to be another issue causing what was mentioned in the last 3
posts not related to this bug.  Once the window is open to enter your
credentials, if you don't fill them out quick enough, you can get the
'Failed to request VPN secrets #3: No agents were available for this
request.'.  This includes fresh installs of Xenial, we have four Mint 18
users that are experiencing this.  It appears to work 'sometimes', then
a few users discovered you just have to login really quick for it to
work.  This is with network-manager-openconnect 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
