Hm,

I tried to upgrade network-manager-openconnect and network-manager-
openconnect-gnome to Yakkety version (i.e. 1.2.2-1) - downloaded .debs
from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-openconnect/

First impression, looks like it fixes the problem.
At least 3 connect attempts with varying delays in GUI go smooth.

And it looks like witchery, because .diff shows there was no code
changes between Xenial and Yakkety - only metadata fixes.

Anyways, let's wait couple of days. Will keep this thread updated.
