Confirm that the "workaround" (disabling the fglrx kernel module) makes
my machine suspend and resume. And it does so quicker and more reliably
than feisty did, at least something. However it seems to me that certain
2D operations also suffer from the kernel module not being loaded, is
that possible? For example it seems to me that scrolling in firefox has
become slower. Does somebody know whether the kernel module's job is
exclusively 3D operation or also 2D stuff?
