The versions I were using before (from the Trusty repositories) are pcscd 1.8.10 and libccid 1.4.15.
I've installed PCSC version 1.8.17 and libccid 1.4.24: $ /usr/local/sbin/pcscd --version pcsc-lite version 1.8.17. Copyright (C) 1999-2002 by David Corcoran <corco...@musclecard.com>.
