Well that's interesting, because it sounds a lot like some issues we've had running the docker CI tests. Would it be difficult for you to try with docker's 1.10 packages? We'll have docker 1.11 packages sooner or later so trying with those is also a possibility. I'm not super inclined to go digging into the root cause until we know if it's an upstream issue, but I guess I can try to recreate this myself...
