Hi, I tried the git xserver-xorg-video-intel package, and I can also confirm that DRI is not working with this package. Here is the error: libGL error: drmMap of framebuffer failed (Invalid argument) libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering Perhaps Ubuntu's libdrm or drm kernel modules aren't recent enough for the git package?
I also tried the xserver-xorg-core package with patch 120 dropped. The rectangle crash is still reproducible using this package using Juan's steps.
