If any program (driver, PPD, ...) generates " Custom.A4"  this is
totally wrong. It must be either a paper size listed in the PPD, like
"A4" or "A4.Duplex" or "Custom" with an explicit size in numbers, like
"Custom.10x20cm", or "Custom.8x11in". Also simply "Custom" is wrong.

So one needs to find out what generates "Custom.A4" and to which package
this belongs.

A possible SRU for Xenial would be to remove the script which modifies
the hpcups.drv file.
