We have noticed this regression shortly after sysconfig 0.0.13ubuntu3
was published, a fix for this issue is in 0.0.13ubuntu4, which is built
but not yet published by launchpad. It should appear on the mirrors
shortly. Approximately 30-45minutes time.
sysconfig (0.0.13ubuntu4) xenial; urgency=medium
* Clean obsolete directories without failing.
