Same problem on 12.04 / chromium. SSL error when trying to connect to
google and other related sites. Also affects sites that use google
content resources. Verified problem exists on 12.04 machine after feb.
update to libnss3 version 2:3.21-0ubuntu0.12.04.2.
No problem on laptop 15.04 / chromium libnss3 2:3.19.2.1
