Can you please post your TeXstudio configuration file: It's located in ~/.config/texstudio/texstudio.ini
If the file ~/.config/texstudio/texmakerx.ini is present, post that one as well. Depending on how much you've changed in the configuration it would be worth a try to restart with a config (i.e. renaming the directory ~/.config/texstudio or completely removing it).
