I have temporary solve the problem by restarting the DBUS daemon. It
seems that the gnome-power-manager is not able to collect information
from the dbus service after the star of PC.

Enter:
sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart

Then
sudo gnome-power-manager --verbose --no-daemon

After that start from the system preferences the Power manager. It seems
that this way it will work.

(Sorry for my english)
