The following seem to fail when the condition is active: clicking title bars. clicking close, maximize, or minimize. mousing into the menu bar at the top of the screen produces no menu bar, and does not respond to clicks the launcher on the left no longer produces information on mouseover, nor does it respond to clicks The following seems to continue to work when the condition is active: clicking in text input fields within applications keyboard I can generally clear the condition by flailing around with alt-enter or by changing to a text console (alt-F1) and back to X.
