Apparently, this issue has started after upgrading to 14.04 BTW, I have upgraded the BIOS of one of them (a HP EliteBook 840) to the latest version and the 14.04 up-to-date continues to restart 4 sec after shutting down. Please find the apport-collect result above (from #70)
