Ok I have been looking some stuff over. I personally don't have xkeyboard-config installed, yet I still get this error. Does this mean that xkeyboard-config not at fault.
Unless the package that is causing this problem needs a library from xkeyboard-config, i doubt this is the problem. I am going to guess that this bug will be caused by either xserver-xorg-input-kbd, xkb-data, or libxkbfile1.
