Public bug reported: What I expected to happen:
That I could install openafs What happened: The install dies with an error 'Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.16.0-31-generic (x86_64)' (see entire transcript below) Extra info: system information below the transcript. I was trying to install openafs and it fails. Something similar was happening a few weeks ago and it seemed that the fix in -proposed worked, but I just got a new machine and tried to install openafs on it and it is now failing again.
