I am curious to hear how other Ubuntu users prefer to run their Solr
these days. As of writing, the current Solr is 4.10.3 and Tomcat is at
7.0.57 and 7.0.15, both of which have Ubuntu packages for recent, albeit
not the most latest version. It is not so hard to download Tomcat and
manage to run it under a separately installed Tomcat container installed
via packages tomcat7 or tomcat8, but it would of course be nice to have
the most recent Solr automatically by installing solr-tomcat.

** Summary changed:

- Accept Tomcat 7 as a prequisite
+ Accept Tomcat 7 or Tomcat 8 as a prequisite
