THX. Especially for taking this up further.

Unfortunately, all but one of the packages cannot be installed as libc6 
or realated (libcupsys2) are a prerequisite and "not installed" altough 
I can see libc6 installed in synaptic .....
Probably not the right version of the one your software needs.
What to do?
