I would have thought so. If the kernel maintainers are happy to include it as the default scheduler then it must be fairly robust. Ingo reports no serious crash reports for over 3 months and this has been circulated on the LKML and widely tested as a result - it's a hot topic in kernel land at the moment. It provides a much better experience than the currently kernel scheduler.
