This is actually still an issue. ubiquity still writes a wrong UUID into
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume, which causes a 5 second boot delay
from the /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-premount/resume script
as it waits for a swap partition which doesn't exist. I think this comes
from ubiquity's ./scripts/plugininstall.py. This is confirmed on at
least two saucy computers, one of which was installed from scratch with
beta1.
