you dont need to change to /opt/ltsp/i386, nfsd exports subdirs
automatically (we export only /opt/ltsp because you might want to run
powerpc clients or other architectures as well)

/etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf is ignored completely as soon as
/etc/ltsp/dhcpd.conf exists, the latter should be the file you modify on
an ltsp server, ignore the /etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf file (also the
/etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf has a zillion of unneeded options and was never
tested by anybody for ltsp usage)...

is the keyboard also unresponsive if you dont break security with
enabling xdmcp and use the default login manager (ldm) that starts
usually on thin clients with ubuntu ltsp (note that we dont support
xdmcp by default, its a very huge security hole)
