Please could someone on the Launchpad team implement this simple fix?
It's just the addition of "--keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com" in the
instructions of the --send-keys step.
Someone else in #ubuntu-us got bit by this tonight. By default, GnuPG
does not come preconfigured with a keyserver so this step is necessary
for most users.
