I made a 13.04 live USB, updated it which means in my case 32 bit 3.0.19. Booted from this, the Dragonfly worked fine. However, the installed Ubuntu currently uses the mainline kernel 3.8.8 and the dragonfly doesn't work as described here.
3.0.19 isn't an option on this machine since it is a media PC, and 3.0.19 has a bug which means no HDMI audio, so I personally need to wait until the HDMI bug is fixed before I go back to Ubuntu kernels. Possibly I have a configuration problem, and the issue is not kernel related. In which case, I will reinstall. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1136110 Title: USB Audio Codec choppy playback To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1136110/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
