/var/crash is the folder where crash reports are kept; the name of the report includes the name of the program that crashed, and opening it (with the default "Report a problem...") will show more information and allow you to submit it here. (Do NOT attach the report here as an ordinary file: depending on what crashed, it may contain security- sensitive information.)
