@Trucoto, I confirm that there is such bug. To reproduce:
1. Open Nautilus. 2. Go to the folder with several Writer files. 3. Open and close this files in random order for over 10 times. 4. You will see 2 icons on the launchbar. One with no icon, and one that is correct.
