It worked here when I rebuilt wih yelp-xsl from Ubuntu 12.10.

I'll be regenerating the 11.10 and 12.04 ubuntu-docs at help.ubuntu.com
so that should be fixed here tomorrow.
I'm opening a yelp-xsl task as this sounds like something we'd want to
backport to 12.04 LTS.
