Public bug reported:
when i set hotkey shift+f12 once triggered it minimizes and instantly re
maximizes .
in 11.04 it worked properly i donot know about 11.10 . i can only guess its
todo with the unity side panel.
also sometimes it will minimize but gets stuck in the unity panel and will not
maximize when hotkey is triggered.
not sure if this should be here its a combined bug. only unity effects
it.

3) expected when hotkey triggered buddy list visibility would toggle on
"or" off.
