I also had a bunch of this files dating back from May. After reading this bug report, I realized they are not vital files, so I deleted them:
rm ~/.goutputstream-* I am even putting this command in a script and adding it to the start-up process, so that I don't get bothered about this files in the near future. I will check this thread for future development though.
