That will change nothing. Scribus will work but not in the langage of
the user and this is bad especially because ubuntu is one of the rare
distribution with this problem. This problem is more general, it doesn't
concern only qt software but also some python/tk software. What's next?
Gnome and KDE software? In a certain sens I hope because this problem is
very very important.

But we can't do "LC_ALL=C scribus", "LC_ALL=C pyraf", "LC_ALL=C
another_software_with_the_same_problem"
