Public bug reported:
As soon as I open a tex-File, emacs will change its window size, when I
switch between emacs buffers. E. g. I do a CTRL-x 3 to get two buffers
displayed side by side and when I switch between these buffers (mouse or
CTRL-x o) the emacs window becomes smaller by approximately one line
each time. This does only happen, when a tex file is in one of the
buffers.
I am using Kubuntu, I don't know wheter this problem only shows up on
KDE.
The problem is not caused by settings in my .emacs* files. When I move
them away emacs doesn't change its behaviour. I fond a similar report in
a German newsgroup but not solution.
