The spec sheet for that monitor doesn't seem to show these frequency/resolution pairings, but they should indeed be possible given the scan ranges its capable of, assuming its efficiency hasn't dropped significantly with age. I wish I could confirm this without reproducing it myself, hopefully this gets fixed, nouveau should be capable of determining safe refresh rates.
