By looking at the different reports available in the different bugs, i
notice that the backgound of the bug and the modules implicated are way
different. In mine, it start with a proxy ploblem, and some other it's a
database that is corrupted.

There may be different bugs that makes the software-center to loose
itself. It's possible to produce the bug by intalling an external
packet. Some people report skype package, but for me it's others.

Can one that know the arcanes of the app center fix that? It appears to
be really critical. On the top of that the system is not usable easily
anymore, since the app list in the panel does not display apps anymore.
