I was having this issue today, and 0.3.14 worked when I just tried it. Now I feel bad for complaining to Pandora's support that I was paying for Pandora One and not able to play Pandora because they blocked Pithos. (Do you know they actually recommend Firefox 3.x for playing via the web client? Absurd.)
