Or maybe could just stay horizontal as it is now since people dont really have problems with it when is maximized. - Another idea (by looking at that kde plugin): for non maximized, is that the menu could show *horizontally* (instead of vertically) over the window bar only when you mouseover ( or Click ) the *name of the app*. The window title would then disappear and reappear when you move the mouse off.
