I'll leave the bug splitting decision to Till, I think.  In the
meantime, I have another full patch to try.  This one is inspired by the
fact that the old version never tried to use the "Expects: 100-continue"
header - instead, it just sent the whole file straight away.  You get a
new IPP option "nohttpcontinue=yes" to test, similarly to "version=1.0"
before.  However, this should also set itself when the first submission
fails, with a message in the error log.
