Thierry, The packetlog3 file was interesting because it looks like it's downgrading to IPP/1.0 fine now! So, time for me to figure out why you're getting HTTP 400 (Bad Request) errors from it...
This looks like it is a separate bug from the original bug reported here, which comment #12 seems to fix well enough.
